“Zen is a term that describes a feeling of peace, oneness, and staying present and non-judgmental. It is not excitement, but calmness in our usual everyday routine.”

The intention is to create a calming space where the everyday busy city dweller can come and find some “calm in the chaos” to feel their happiest, healthiest and most harmonious versions of themselves. 

A space that feels like nature and helps us to reconnect to our natural states of being.

This space hopes to also appeal to the “unconverted” … basically all stressed and sore  humans that just need to slow down, breathe and reset their bodies & minds a little and require some guidance in finding the tools to do it. The vision is that this space is essentially an extension of our physiotherapy practice… A peaceful space, adjacent to the buzz of the practice, almost like a next step in the wellness journey and a place to take ownership and autonomy of one’s own health and explore a more holistic approach to overall health & well-being.

As a patient or person new to Pilates or Yoga, you will feel your progress but also still feel guided & supported by our physios and highly trained Yoga Therapists and Yoga Teachers.

The Zen Room will also be hosting various workshops in all things holistic well-being, longevity, lifestyle and mindfulness. So keep a look out for exciting events on our social media pages.
