Our physiotherapy practice is conveniently situated at The Woods Shopping Centre, within easy reach of Hyde Park, Craighall Park and surrounding areas.
We believe in hands-on treatment delivered with care and finesse.
Our treatment modalities include joint mobilisation and soft tissue release techniques, together with dry needling for pain relief. In some cases, spinal traction machines are used.
Electrotherapy equipment is used as an adjunct to hands-on therapy.
Very importantly, a specific exercise program is always included to aid full recovery and prevent recurrences.
We work closely with our fellow medical practitioners, including podiatrists, biokineticists, GPs and surgical specialists in ensuring optimum recovery.
